Meet the Doctor

Dr. Singh was voted Best Doctors in Collin County in 2016 and 2017; Dr. Singh leads the way in treating older adults for diseases and conditions associated with aging, including memory loss, Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, movement disorders, cancer, osteoarthritis and heart and lung disease. Dr. Singh provides out-patient testing, evaluation and treatment with sensitivity to the special concerns facing older adults. All patients are seen and treated directly by the physician; No physician extenders (e.g., Physician Assistance or Nurse Practitioners) are utilized. Dr. Singh graduated from King George’s Medical College in 1992 and completed his Internal Medicine residency training at Long Island College Hospital, New York. He finished fellowship in Geriatric Medicine from University of Oklahoma Health Sciences and has been in practice since 2001. Dr. Singh is board certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine, with vast experience in care of older adults in different settings including office, assisted living, memory support and hospitals. Dr. Singh is specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of Hypertension, Diabetes, Cholesterol/Lipids, Allergy, Asthma, and Thyroid Disease. He has a special interest in preventive cardiology and wellness care, and specializes in chronic disease management.
