A few weekends ago, The Legacy Willow Bend hosted a Corn Hole Tournament for 35 CHAI (Community Home for Adults) residents and staff. After the games, lunch was shared between Legacy and CHAI residents. Words cannot express the joy and comradery experienced during this resident led event.
Legacy residents played, cheered, sang, and danced with players throughout the games. There were a couple of relatives of the CHAI players that attended, and they expressed warm “thank yous” for hosting the games.
The Legacy loves partnering with local agencies, but this event was more special than most thanks to the thoughtful and dedicated Willow Bend residents that coordinated the tournament!
