Our Services

We offer a team-oriented approach in delivering expert medical care, pain management, and emotional and spiritual support, expressly tailored to the patient’s needs and wishes.

Our accredited hospice care services include:

Emotional and spiritual support
Supportive education
Pain and symptom management
Alternative therapies

Grief care support for the whole family
Medication equipment, medications, and medical supplies
*Our services are covered by Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance plans with a hospice benefit, or private pay.

The Legacy at Home honors all spiritual beliefs and is committed to walking with you through the journey of a terminal diagnosis and helping families deal with the loss of their loved ones.

As a Jewish-sponsored organization, we honor our heritage and Jewish traditions. Our accreditation by the National Institute for Jewish Hospice (NIJH) ensures that our staff and volunteers are trained in the full spectrum of Jewish traditions, beliefs, and customs associated with death and mourning.
