If you or your loved one is under the care of a doctor and homebound due to illness,  injury, or surgery, our team of skilled nurses, therapists, and social workers will coordinate customized care programs to fit your specific needs.

Our nurses are thoroughly screened and receive ongoing training to ensure they provide the highest quality care to those we serve. Our team of professionals works closely with physicians to develop and implement individualized goals and treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs.

The Care You Need from the Comfort of Your Favorite Chair

I would like each of you to know how grateful my family is to Legacy. It really took a village to get all of your residents to heat and safety during this powerful storm. Dad’s LAH caregiver, who lives right by Willow Bend, wouldn’t go home when her shift ended. She went on the van with dad and has been at LMP with him the whole time. The LMP Independent Living concierge contacted me as a family member of their “new friends” (I loved the term and had to share it with you!) to be sure I had any numbers I needed and to see if I had any questions. I could go on and on, but I just wanted to share a few stories with you and let you know how proud I am to be a part of The Legacy family.
