On Saturday, October 14th, over 500 guests celebrated The Legacy and the Carol & Steve Aaron family at the Omni Dallas Hotel.
Thanks to the generosity of sponsors, ticket buyers, event donors, and event attendees, we surpassed our goal and raised $1 million to benefit the Legacy Senior Communities’ Financial Assistance Fund!
The evening included musical performances by Party Machine and The Rat Pack Tribute Show, silk aerial artists, kosher catering by Simcha Catering, and a live auction. Our hearts were also with Israel, as guests stood in solidarity and Dr. Irving Prengler, Chair of The Legacy Senior Communities, said a prayer.

Thank you to the entire Legacy family! We have been honored to take care of your nearest and dearest for the past seven decades and we look forward to continuing this tradition for the next generation.
Make more moments like this possible by supporting The Legacy Senior Communities Foundation. It is our great honor to care for seniors. We continue to uphold the mission of our founders by providing a continuum of care to seniors and their families delivered with compassion, dignity, and excellence, while embracing our Jewish values.
Every year, The Legacy Senior Communities Foundation, with support from The Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas, provides more than $1 million in charitable care to Jewish seniors in the Dallas area. This care includes resident support and thousands of hours of Personal Assistance Services provided by The Legacy at Home grant program.
It is the community’s continued support that leaves an imprint on the present and future of our organization, creating a level of distinction we call The Legacy Difference. This distinction includes Jewish life initiatives, Kosher dining programming, social events and activities, resident transportation, security, and much more!
The Legacy is able to respond to the most urgent and changing needs of our residents and their families, and the growing demand for senior care and services thanks to our generous donors.
Swing by our Blog every Friday to welcome in Shabbat with a new story highlighting the life seniors live at The Legacy Senior Communities.
