During the month of March, the National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW) Greater Dallas held a yarn drive benefiting The Legacy Knit and Crochet Club. They donated over 100 skeins of yarn! These colorful skeins will be knit and crocheted into hats, scarfs, dolls, and washcloths by our knit and crochet volunteers at The Legacy Willow Bend. In turn, the items will be distributed to 13 area nonprofit organizations in December that serve children and adults in need – including NCJW’s partner, Mosiac House, which shelters victims of domestic violence and human trafficking.
