A Soulful Story: Black & White Soiree

February 2, 2024

"Feeding the Jewish Soul" is a weekly series offering insights into The Legacy's daily impact on the seniors we serve.

The Legacy Midtown Park Assisted Living and Memory Support recently held the 1st annual Black & White Soiree for residents and family members. Everyone dressed for the occasion and enjoyed the swanky theme! Midtown Park Chef, Victor Jaime, and his team made a Beef Wellington dinner, and later residents and guests enjoyed classical jazz music with Peggy and Bill Lohr.

Residents George and Linda Guillot, raved after the event, “The Black and White dinner and get together was really special. It was delicious, fun, thoughtful and really appreciated. Linda and I love living here and we are thankful every day that we choose to spend our retirement years here. The food, facility and staff all make us feel special and comfortable. At 85 years old, I could not be in a better place for us Thanks for all you do to make us comfortable and feel at home.”

The soiree was coordinated by Stephane McGrady, Lifestyles Manager, and her team. We look forward to the next event!
