Dear Legacy team,
We wanted to reach out and formally thank you and the entire staff at The Legacy for the tremendous care that my mother received over the years.
Our first experience with the Legacy really set the tone for the care, concern, and indeed, love, that we experienced for my mother over her time at The Legacy. At our family’s most vulnerable moment. the Legacy pursued its mission with a zeal that really set the tone for our experience over the next five years.
My mother enjoyed simply terrific care. From the nurses, to the CNAs to the support staff, the care and dignity was so apparent. We felt the team was always watching for her best interests. While visiting my mother, we all saw how well the CNAs knew her and cared for her.
Five years ago, we brought my mother to The Legacy from out of state with many worries and much trepidation. We can truly say that her time at The Legacy was better than we dared hope. In short, these five years have been wonderful, dignified, and loving. Thank you and all of the staff for your dedication through all these years.
