The Legacy Willow Bend drivers are always ready and eager to take residents to their appointments. Those who use transportation services build bonds and friendships with our drivers. Recently, when a driver learned that a resident was no longer able to appreciate the flowers like she used to on her walks around the campus, the Willow Bend driver took her on a driving tour to see the colorful crepe myrtles. It lifted the residents’ spirits, so much so she wrote a note to the Executive Director thanking her and the Willow Bend team for doing whatever they can to help during difficult times.
