The Legacy Midtown Park is pleased to now offer a 90% refundable entrance fee option for those who prefer this investment to renting. This program offers lower monthly fees and discounts on future care in assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing care, should it become necessary. These discounts for future care do not expire while you are living on our campus.
