The Legacy Senior Communities is a Jewish-sponsored, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization and the parent of The Legacy Willow Bend, Plano’s only Life Care community; The Legacy Midtown Park, a rental retirement community in North Dallas; and The Legacy at Home, our home health and hospice agency.

As an extension of the premium services we provide in our communities, LAH offers in-home care programs and services customized to an individual’s needs, including home health care, personal assistance, and accredited hospice services.
Since opening as the Dallas Home for the Jewish Aged in 1953, and now operating as The Legacy Senior Communities, it has been our mission to serve seniors through a tradition of strong leadership, Jewish values, and a track record of innovation.
